We were going to meet again at the end of January but following a post by Krimbo I said I'd be there on 28th Dec - anyone else want to fit in another big meal between Christmas and New Year?

Jock156; Stevo1987 are you around?

Same old, same old - Peter Beales for 9:30

I'll attend if I am about. We are not sure what we are doing over just Christmas yet regarding visits and stuff.

Yea I know - i always think Christmas is an ordeal for parents not a holiday! - still nice little escape if you (and Mrs Stevo) can make it.

Sorry mate, I'll be bobbing around in the Red Sea with the fish and turtles.
Had enough of cold winter Christmases with family expecting you to wait on them hand and foot!
Bah, Humbug.

Hope you have a decent day for the meet.
See you in January.

Not that we care (oh how he lies) - we're quite used to not seeing any sun now

He is making it up. Got a crate of light ale and a sun bed. :poke:

Ha ha. Better be better than last year when we sat on the floor at Gatwick waiting for the drone to land, then drove back home!!

That's the sort of statement that gets Norfolk a reputation  no wonder Clarkson said:

In London they say "look a Cosworth" in Norfolk they say "look a car!"

Trouble is "sitting in Gatwick waiting for a drone" sounds far more exciting than sitting in Yarmouth

Ha, yes, maybe I should have made it obvious we were expecting to fly away somewhere, not just there to spot drones. :)

I am not sure I will be attending tomorrow. An hour ago I went ot start my car and got this....

Low battery - I hope. Got it on the charger now.

Nothing so technical in my E85!

Not sure who will turn up so I was thinking of going anyway - if I don't see anyone by 9:40 I'm back home because I promised my lad I'd change the alternator on his car tomorrow - its mid engined and is by all accounts a pig to do so the earlier the start the better.

Opening times have changed between Christmas and New Year! - Stevo; Jock156 and Krimbo I've just PMed you

Yep - its a sort of love hate thing. Won't be as bad as the clutch was; but still looks hard to get at/out.

Opening times have changed at Beales which is just cutting me short for getting the job done in daylight/by Sunday
