Really really please to see the EAS z4m takes 2 first place wins at the tuner GP... awesome awesome wins against some serious machinery, i don't know what fuel or map the car was running but managing nearly 500hp AT THE wheels but the car kicked some ass and the, the video of the car driving round the circuit is awesome too, the sound of the s54 with boost is probably my fave noise of al the vehicles ive owned, its makes a really awesome setup propelling the car into serious performance league!! One car recently time 0-62mph at under 4 seconds :-) enjoy enjoy.

Fantastic read

deifnitely , was really pleased to see one of the vt2 s/c z4ms out their doing some tuner events.... would still like to know some details, like fuel used, map used etc.... this car is knocking on nearly 600hp at the crank.... incredible stuff.....

It is very impressive. My z4mr is almost ready to drive and I can't see me ever wanting to get rid of it. I started with an e85 2.5 which I loved but always underwhelmed me in the power department. I sold that and bought a jag s type r supercharged with 400bhp and although that was fast, It didn't feel fast and I really missed the z4 and knew it would be my next car. I would have settled for a plain old e85 3.0 but saw the crashed z4m and took the risk!
Now I know I regretted selling my 1st z4 so In a few years I'm thinking of supercharging it and making it truly special. Also it will be the daily driver. I was used to getting 11mpg out of the jag so I can live with the fuel consumption.
Beedub just out of interest how much were your upgraded driveshafts? I had to source a new driveshaft for mine and nearly had a heart attack when bmw quoted £540 each with my old one in return!!
