E92 M3 hood vents on Z4

I will try to mount the e92 M3 hood vents on my Z4M hood, whats the opinions on that?

Heres a picture with the vent not mounted and painted :D

IMO, don't do it. I think you've got a great looking car but you're at that point where any more would be too much - especially non-Zed parts. If you start making that lovely car look tacky we'll have to stage an intervention!
 
personally i think they will be pretty subtle when fitted... so may not look too ott... they certainly dont on the M3.

Couldn't agree more, fantastic looking car, but just a mod to far.

Why dont you just tape them on and drive around for a few days.
If you only get admiring glances go ahead and cut two big holes in your bonnet for the next owner. Alternatively if you get dispariging remarks and they think your car belongs on a council estate and you dont have a real Z4M then perhaps you may need to have second thoughts :cry:

I think it will be cool with these vents, they aren`t that big, so when painted in car color they will not interfere with the lines( I think :D ). The black meshing is also the same as in my M bumper.

Someone have do try it :rofl:
