it is still not broken in. eisenmann says after 2000 km. i have passed 1000 only.

i think it is a question of taste. i like it. i always liked the tips to stand out. however, my best friend does not like them too due to the same reason!

yes, i saw it. i am waiting for some markers. maybe they will arrive tomorrow. if they do not work i will go for the GP thunders or for the MTEC. if i do not like how it turns out i will swich again to stock until somebody presents a better solution.

it is not my priority now as the only solution that would satisfy me, as i said before, would be the genuine LED AE from the F models (5 series ans 3 series ZHP)

Must admit if I ever bought another Z4 (I doubt it) I would go for white! :thumbsup:

Have you thought of a carbon wrap on the diffuser section of the bumper (fender) instead of black paint? That would look good!

Agreed. Black or white are the ones to go for! :P Apart from the ones in the new Z4 section on my post I don't have that many of my Z4. Will have to get some!

i actually had the blacked out performance grilles on the car. i actually think that they do not look as good as the stock ones so i swiched back to stock!

nice shot!!! RESPEKT!

i am using the NIKON D300s (just bought it this week) and my favourite lens is the SIGMA 10-20 mm wide angle. i love the distorsion...
 
NIKON D90 here. Mainly use the 18 I was looking at the D300s but doesn't really give a great deal over the D90 for me to change ( faster continuous shooting mind which may be useful). I'm waiting for the new NIKON D7000 to hit the stores and see what that's like.

Similar spec to the D300s but with larger mega pixels and full 1080p video. :thumbsup:

I'd like a D3s but that's just being silly!! :P

By the way, looking again at your car I now agree that the front grills you have on now do suit the car more! Cleaner and sharper than the black I guess! :wink:

+1, great photos. I love that warehouse location and have been searching for years for somewhere similar around where I stay. I've got lots of scenic locations but some urban/warehouse locations are what I really want.

i was thinking about the D7000 too but i got a great deal for this D300s and i do not regret. cannot compare thw quality with the one of my D40.

i just love it.

i thought about the D3 too but just for 1 minute. if i will earn my money with photography some day i will consider buying such a camara.

as you can see in the picture, the constrast with the black grill is boring. i think the chrome is so much more elegant and nasty...

Agreed on the grills.

I still think the yellow/orange angel eyes look meaner though! :D

Actually, looking at the Z4 GT3 race car in my sig, have you thought of blacking out the lower centre part of the bumper like the race car? 8)
 
i do not really like the yellow although it is stock and that is why i think it is nice...

i thought about that, but i am not sure whether doing it or not as the car is still new and i love it as it is. maybe later when i start gettig bored of it i will start making experiments like that.

that would be no problem to vinyl it to see how it looks...

would YOU do it if you had a AW car?
 
I probably would, I'd carbon wrap that front part and the rear lower black section. If you didn't like it you can always take vinyl off easy enough. :)

May even think about doing the roof in carbon like the M3! :wink:
