E89 Z4 roof issue

Hi all, last week the roof down button started flashing out of nowhere. Now the roof won’t move and continues to bleep and flash red. I took it to a garage today in central Scotland and was quoted £500 for repair - fault traced error connector X341 to hall sensors in folding roof system. Is this price about right? How much should I expect to pay for a repair? Cheers.

Using part no.54347190735

These are off a 1 series cabriolet I believe
 
Just search forum, lots of fixes, probably broken wire.

I wouldn't buy Hall sensor they are reliable, ask garage to trace broken wire.
