I guess (I'm no expert) that it will be a half way house between fitting lowering springs such as Eibach etc. It should lower it by 10mm or 20mm, someone can confirm hopefully and provide flatter cornering.
Can't confirm compatibility with your current shocks, but would imagine it'll be fine given the likes of Eibach/H&R don't differentiate.
