It's connected in the big quad connector on the back of the head unit. Easiest is to just make the wires yourself.

Really? Was hoping there would be something over the counter (well, virtual counter...) If I have to cobble something together myself, does anyone have a diagram that shows where the mic connections are on the back of the head unit that they can share?

Should be these two, but check that it works mounting everything back in. You also may miss the housing for this part of the socket.
