E89 Steering wheel fit on E85

Right come on there's got to be a clever so and so with the answer to this:

Thinking of buying an E89 wheel with radio controls, will the wheel fit an E85 and will the controls work? I don't have a spare to try and I've done a search but can't find any info.

If it works it will look shite. Best to fit an M Sport MF wheel.

Just looking for options as I actually only need an airbag for an E85 sport, but not many about and E89 seem cheaper.

So will it fit?

If it will, best of luck with the wiring which is very unlikely to match.
