E89 - Spotted!

Passed two on the M1 northbound past Sheffield around 16:30, one like mine the other DSB, i was behind an Astra GTC who needed a little persuasion to get out of the outside lane!

Apologies to the white E89 10.15 this morning in Kibworth. You raised a hand in greeting, but by the time I realised it was another Z4 it was too late to reciprocate. In my defence, a. your roof was up so I didn't recognise it as a Z4 until it was too late and I was day dreaming !

Gorgeous black 35iS in meadowhall carpark this afternoon, the mrs said what a lovely car it was...she said its not got a stupid fabric roof on like your old one!

I said I know it's a sexy folding hard top not a pram lookalike as my old zed used to imitate.

Walked out of B&Q in Cambridge on Saturday afternoon to find a red E89 parked next to mine. Had a private plate with 3 letters/4 numbers (can't remember the plate but think it started with a P). Car didn't have any engine designation badges on, but instead was plastered with ///M badges, 1 on the grill, 1 on each wing and 1 next to the Z4 badge on the boot!!!

Did I miss them releasing an ///M version...
