E89 - Spotted!

Anyone in North Wales yesterday? Specifically llandudno, betwys-y-coed and brenig areas? Saw 3 Zs, black, white and grey. Gave each a little wave but nothing back! I was in the mineral grey with the top down and Mrs B was in the passenger seat.

Slightly off topic but is there more Z4 drivers in the south - or they just more friendlily

You're not alone - I find this thread odd. Why make a fuss about seeing another Z4 - think I saw 5 on Monday, and they are a regular sight when I go out driving in Surrey.
Look at how many people actually say that was them not many. I can't be arsed posting up most of the E85's, E86's and E89's I see because they probably won't be on here and the Lady driving etc ones even more so! I can count on the one hand how many E89 drivers in the UK are posting and visiting the site on a regular basis.
The guys I know who are on here that I've seen I will acknowledge but most people driving a Z4 are not enthusiasts and probably don't even know this site exsists.

Black e89 on the A4 at the roundabout with the A4174 (Keynsham) at 07:55
e89 was in the turn left lane only but then decided to cut me up (I was in the Astra) to go up the Park & Ride lane only into Bristol & then pushed into the A4 queue :thumbsdown:
will certainly give Zed drivers a bad name.

Anyway a white 12 plate on overtook me on The Avenue, Southampton heading out towards the M3/M27 this evening around 5.30-6pm. Have seen loads in the last few months we've had one but rarely post here or wave/get waved at

And why do you take exception to this? Clearly you know this site exsists. You do know that there are thousands of Z4's on the road and that applies to E89's however there is only a small fraction of the amount of people on this site and not all of them are from the UK. The likelihood is that unless you know that other car is a forum member your probably more likely to come across a car where the other driver is not. You've even said you rarely get a post of wave which shows they are more than likely not members.
Most people that use forums for information about there car are more enthusiast types. Yes there is the one post type of folk just looking for information but the majority of people on this site are enthusiasts
Like I also said I can count on the 1 hand how MANY FEMALE E89 owners post on here and you are one of them. Both SARS and Carol were E89 oweners but are not anymore. Most posts are from males......even if it's their wives car
