E89 - Spotted!

Does anybody know the last E89's produced ?
I think mine must be in the last batch (August 2016) although there seems to be 1.8/ 2.0l cars being advertised?

According to news posted on the BMW Blog, the last E89 Z4 came off the line on August 22nd. It was a 35is in Valencia Orange - doesn't mention if it was a right or left hand drive though. http://www.bmwblog.com/2016/08/26/production-ended-last-bmw-e89-z4-sdrive35is/

It's not my car!
Mine is Mineral Grey. Im going to do some digging and find out how near to the end of the production run mine is.
 
Sterling Silver E85 in Staufen Germany. A German Lo Reg. Nothing particularly unusual in that but it had the Scottish Saltire in the back window.

Pebble Beach August 17th.

BMW are releasing the new Z4 concept there.

I doubt what they will show will be close to the production model looking at the teaser image, but will give some ideas as to the styling etc.
 
I'm not buying one that's for certain - I made my decision to buy the last of the breed in Aug last year!

Oh and my wife would not be very happy if I suggested it either :rofl:
 
Let's hope we see / get some details of the new car , even if I shan't be buying one it will be interesting and to test drive the comparison?
 
Silver E89 - Reg plate ending JHP, followed on the A4 between Maidenhead and Taplow yesterday, was very clean ....

White E89 - Red Interior and 326's I think, was in the Waitrose Car Park in Caversham with the roof off ....... again, very clean .....

Am I the only one that runs a dirty car ??
 
Spotted a white e89 in East London heading south on City Road, just past the Old St roundabout. Was on foot and didn't get a chance to catch the reg.

Lol, only a non Londoner would need to ask that question .. I will be up that way tomorrow as our new office is on the Old St roundabout, no car though :)
