E89 spacer saver

I'm suprised the bad lads don't nick cars with runflats when the might be seeing a police stinger !
 
I had only removed the RFT a month earlier. Think they would have survived the pot hole with RFT and the way thicker side walls.
Price I pay for a car that will stay in lane and not pull all over the place and feel awful to drive, which the non RFT cured.

Well I now have the space saver, will suit my needs.
Quickly found out you can't store the steel jack behind the drivers seat, it sets the alarm off after about 3 minutes.
And what a poxy sounding alarm it is.
Needs some modding to the horn.
Does anyone know where the sounder is located?
 
Seat must have a capacitive sensors and the steel jack must disturb this.
The alloy fire extinguisher I keep down the back of the seat is fine.
Soon as put the jack at the bottom behind seat, 3 mins later alarm went of.
Did so 3 times, until I removed the jack, then all quiet.
