It's probably not as affective as the OEM mesh one but I prefer a clear view through the rear.

Very nice, good to see you are taking good care of it for me. Not sure if I'm convinced by the indicators, not seen any in the flesh yet though.

Thanks Mike, I think some may find the LCI indicators a little blingy or marmite, but as soon as I fitted them over the old white lenses they look much better to me, I'm probably biased though as I have the chrome gills on the Z3 :)

I have never had seat covers in all my zds, red has never shown dirt, autoglum leather cleaner and protect has always kept them perfect. I have cream now and thinking ahhh should get seat covers. I have even got the leather cleaner kit from BMW in the rear net area ready for use. 3 weeks on 1.2K miles still so dirt to clean off yet.

I was toying with getting a seat cover but thought a shame to cover it all up, I've got those those awful green seat pads which are for dogs lol but quite useful as they have a non slip back and stop studs on jeans etc marking the leather :)

I've not seen under the lid of a 4cyl jobbie before and I'm amazed how much space there is.

Good thing with the 4cyls is they pushed the engine right back over the axle to improve weight distribution :) but yepp I could climb in there and stand inbetween the engine and radiator

Ahhh I see, yes non slip dog accessory understand now. I did ware out the side bolster on my 1st had sports seat and it was quite intrusive getting in and out of the car, but got it replaced under wrty.

Like you im toying with covering them up but hay ill give it a gamble.

But yours looks like new, shame the gray cant just get that deep shine, but yours has my last one never seemed to get dirty or very clean, I only noticed I had to wash it when I could not read the rear number plate lol

Yeah I think the white plastic ones look a bit cheap and maybe if they were glass it might be better, I think I'd like to see the LCI ones painted matt black - was someone doing this already?

I wished I loved closer to you Tim, my Z4 is dirty and I would just park it outside yours.... I have a feeling you would wash it for me
