E89 seat swap mechanical base to electric

Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice. Z4 89 I currently have heated electric seats in my vehicle, I’m looking to change them to red leather.I have found a set which are heated but mechanical adjustment, can I simply swap my electric adjustment seat bases onto the nonelectric set. Or is there some differences that won’t allow me to do this? Thanks very much
