No idea if there is a market for these, but my wife's E89 came without a wind deflector, so changed the hoop covers over for the ones with the holes drilled in them (could have kept the front black sections, but wasn't sure I'd get them off perfectly)
Typically, they came off great, so am offering these perfect condition hoop covers from a 9k mile car, should anyone need them / considering a project to colour code them.
