E89 replacement alloy suggestions

Evening all..

I'm currently still running my Z4 on its winter alloys and tyres, but am mindful that I need to put the summers back on soon. Thing is, I have a cracked rear (2 cracks actually), so I figure it's time for a change of alloy - cheaper than buying a replacement BMW wheel! Requirement is that I can move the existing (good) tyres to the new wheels so I need to keep the tyre sizes the same I guess.

I've seen a few posts on here with Fox Motorsport MS007 wheels which I quite like, but I'd like silver rather than charcoal/gunmetal or black wheels and nobody seems to do those wheels in silver. Can anybody suggest any alternatives? Even better, any pics? My car is Deep Sea Blue so if anybody has any examples of wheels on an E89 in that colour it would be much appreciated - I'm not set on the MS007s by any means so open to suggestion

Yes I found those literally just after I posted ( :headbang: ) but they seem to be more expensive than other sites with different colours.. At least I know I can get them there though..

Ooh, they're quite nice! I'll add those into the 'consideration pot' :D

Anybody got any thoughts on these?

They look ok, they don’t have the offset valves that my Veemanns have though-that’s just a small touch that gives the wheels a nice clean look

I fitted Riva DTM on my E89 from LK. They are 19inch but they do 18inch.

Sorry I can’t make it this time.
Probably the one Sunday a year I have to work 😢

On my e86 I have TSW Barthursts 18inch which I think look rather good, I think these would work on an e89 as well.

You seem to be suffering from an outbreak of CSL-itus aka Y-Spoke-ism!

I run the 18" square Fox 007 on my Volvo with summer tyres, the quality is good..

I run the Zito 935 8.5/9.5 in 18" for my summer wheels on the Z4..quality again seems good..

I also run Team Dynamics Pro-Race 1.2 in 17" 8/9 for winter, quality is very good..

The Riva DTM seems to be another option at this price range

Your choice of offsets, wheel widths/ size and finish will limit your choices..

They look really good! Are they 8.5” or 9.5”? Is your car lowered?

(Sorry for so many questions...)

They are 8inch front and 9inch rears fitted with 225/35/R19 and 255/30/R19 FALKEN FK510 tyres. The car is not lowered.

Interesting; why did you go for those sizes and not the .5’s?

That’s how they came. I bought a package from LK including the tyres for just over £1100 in February. Looking at their website now they are over £1364 for the same package! The Fox wheels come in 8.5inch and 9.5inch but I wasn’t keen on the rim style.

Yes, I have reservations about the rim style too.. OK thanks!
