I was quite enjoying the pics until they put the top down.   Preferred the recent Humpty Dumpty Joke. :D

:o

It never ceases to amaze me that someone thought an 18i was the right model for this. I'd have put the money towards a 35i/is!

I actually like it, apart from the light aircraft on the bootlid. Got to admire the effort and money invested.

I can see the logic. If you are going to spend £25k on bodywork/ interior, you wouldn't want to spend that again mending the N54 every five minutes...  :poke:

Presume the idea was all 'show', not 'go'. :?

Take a car with lovely sleek lines and throw gobs of plastic at it!
After all the years I've owned it I still look at mine and love the way lines flow up from the front bumper, across the bonnet, along the wings, down the sides and to the back.
This thing just interrupts any attempt at a flowing line anywhere...............................nay, nay and thrice nay!

One part I found interesting was the body colour matched interior plastics…shades of the Fiat Coupe and 500

I can understand any attempt to make a Z4 look like the GT3 version, but... a rear wing with the roof down just looks utterly ridiculous.

This is a showcar which has been done to a very high standard. A lot of effort gone into this and there are some elements I really like Least the owner has been brave and really had a go at creating something a bit different, whether it's to your taste or not. Probably too shocking for here, even spinning wheel centres are too shocking for here! :oldman:

That's odd. Is that airbag warning sticker ? We don't get that here in UK it a USA thing :?

Yup, its government regulation stupidity at its finest. If you're not smart enough to understand airbags, then your attention span isn't going to survive through a complex warning sticker. Removing them from non-fabric visors takes less than 15 minutes with rubbing alcohol and paper towels. It's such a silly miss for someone who obviously spent months on this car.

A sheep in wolves clothing for sure without 6 cylinders.
Extraordinary looking bit of kit though IMHO.
But then there's the rear wing..... I'm sure that there'll be a happier medium available somewhere for the new owner.
