e89 oil change

Got my e89 yesterday, 62 plate 28i manual, I want to do an oil change but can't find anything in the handbook about how much oil, anyone help ??

Should be in handbook but i think for the 4 cylinder N20 its 5litre / 0w30 or 5w30
