E89 Need a recommendation for replacement seal for boot/rear window and fitting N Yorks

Hi
I was putting Gummi Pfledge on my rubber seals today and found a split on the rubber between the boot lid and the rear window. Does anyone have any recommendations in North Yorkshire for a garage to supply and fit a new one? E89 2014 Z4 20i M Sport, owned it for 8 days.
