E89 Market watch

My zed is used sparingly, sunny days for trip out normally at least 50 miles, have a Corsa for the daily local stuff, work mileage is virtually zero still

Mine gets used at every opportunity. Can't stand just seeing it sitting there when I could be driving it.

Still only has 46K and 7 years old.

I've got to mention this one again, now up to £20k and still unsold after what must be getting close to a year.

I recognise the background but not the car. Funny how many private sellers have multiple cars for sale, eh?

Will, as said previously p!shly presented car, one of the worst adverts I’ve ever seen, not one iota of effort from the seller and a price increase of at least 3 grand and not even new photos

I sometimes wonder with these sorts of adverts whether the Mrs has said he needs to get rid, and he’s “put it up for sale” but it “just won’t shift my love”!

Been at £20k for 3 months or so, £5k over priced and going nowhere, bit like that 20i VO on ebay that's been sat at £24k all summer :headbang:

I’m sure that happens on a daily basis and I may possibly have been guilty once or twice myself but if it hadn’t been selling and my ex Mrs had seen the price increasing, not decreasing, there would’ve been an interesting conversation or two happening in my house

I saw it a few days ago. My guess is a hijacked eBay account. Look at the other items for sale and all a suitably underpriced

Yeah I took a look and everything looked cheap as chips - someone not in the know will get caught with that crap :headbang:

Here you go for anyone looking for a lower mileage VO. Eye watering Price imo but hey ho, a small pool if it’s the one you’re fishing in :o

Dear Comrade Andy Argyll,

Having spent an interminable amount of time, not least aided and abetted by the kind members of this forum in delving into the minutia of the BMW Z4 35is, I have become an 'Expert' which I believe is defined thus: 'EX' means something from the past, and 'Spurt' is a drip under pressure :-)

However, it does appear to me that having observed the pricing structures I have established that there is not really any structure in the pricing, which appears to be all-over-the-place. Of recent times I have observed examples of the 35is models drop by two thousand pounds or more;

So, I am very much an detached observer, patiently awaiting an opportunity. It has certainly surprised me just how frequently examples of the 35i and the 35is become available.

With kind regards,

MAD

That was my car. Anyone on here could have bought it for £26k. The good news for me is that Listers BMW were prepared to offer very close to that via Wizzle.

I doubt I could have sold it for more privately and it was a hassle free way of moving it on. Bearing in mind what I paid for it five years ago I could never had imagined then getting so much for it now.

Great car, gone but not forgotten!

Never clicked it was yours, probably because there’s no pictures.

I agree with you, that would have been my hassle free option for an acceptable price

Always good to get more than expected :)

I note that Hendyshop in Portsmouth has an almost identical machine in that it is the same year, identical colour circa three thousand miles more and is priced at four thousand pounds less; it has been available for almost five weeks. They also have a grey 35is.

With kind regards,

And you wrote that in plain English!

Congratulations!
