£29,910 !

It's the same year as mine, but mine must be one of the last produced. registered Sept 2016 and only 13,000 miles - Im sure my car has Harmon Kardon on the door speaker grills?
I think I will keep the BMW warranty going so it will be the same as going to the dealer (other than finance schemes) if I do sell.
Now where's that G29 configurator page?

To be honest Ive made my mind up on a spec. other than colour!

When it does come to sell, I think I will give someone on here the opportunity before I trade in an be insulted at their offers.

That is why I posted it, similar spec / mileage and age so shows what they are selling for retail so would expect £3k less trade in.

Well the blue is apparently faster than other colours although I am not convinced as white looks like its doing 30 standing still :rofl:

White is not the best on the G29 red or blue both look good to me but I do like frozen grey as well.

Think its the best thing rather than allow a stealer to make a fortune on it - I am certain your will sell quickly if advertised, rare car with low mileage and enthusiast owned. :thumbsup:
 
Ive looked at the advertised car and its a 16 plate - mine is 66 so must be a few months newer.
I would rather see it go on here rather than a dealer make a load of dosh for putting a coat of tyre shine on it - If push comes to shove I would just keep it!

I am sure it will sell - I would like love it but maybe a it rich for my budget and two zeds is just a little greedy don't you think :rofl:

No probs on the heads up, I need to stop looking for cars :D

I don't need 340 at my age - I would rather just cruise along in comfort than be blasting about, did that in my 20's now I'm old I am less bold.

Well you could always use a parent n child space - hardly ever see kids in the cars other than 15 year old snotbags :rofl:
 
The big Bhp and ample torque make for a very relaxed drive! I often get overtaken by Herberts in their snot boxes.
They must be cursing at the two old farts in a car like THAT!

It’s just nice to have a big gun with you should you ever need it!
Nice just to tootle along, no fuss, no drama at low rpm then give it squirt and up to license loosing speed in no time.
 
True but then again I still just plod so not bothered, where I live there are two many cameras to go galloping about and I probably get the same with knob heads in their 1200 Corsa's.

The trouble is with a big gun I would have a big temptation to use it with the dumb ass drivers on the roads today :D

That’s the reason I bought the current car- it was the top of the tree Z4 has all the available toys and was within my budget - a Porsche was considered but I would have always been thinking if only I had spent £X more!

I honestly think that a G29 is on the cards at some time when it’s right and I suspect I will follow the same rules as v before!
 
Not a fan of Porsche and I always by the best I can afford within budget, that's why I went Highline within my budget, could have got a lower spec car with less miles but wanted the toys.

SWMBO has a DS3 Crossback that was £36 to £37k - yes a tiny little SUV at that price, it has every option fitted to the bloody thing but she doesn't even switch the cruise control on never mind the self drive mode :headbang:

She has mastered the heated seats even in summer :rofl:
 
Swmbo won’t drive the Z4 - Happy enough to be a passenger but won’t drive it. She says it’s too low down!
 
Mine drives the 335 (Auto ) so the controls are all very very similar. I can’t understand the logic!

The 335 has 315 bhp and much more torque than the Z but she will not drive it!

Other way with the box, hers is auto and now she does not like manuals - when she bought it she was pissed as it was auto, now she only wants autos

Mine won’t have a manual either .My daughter is the same!
I must admit, I don’t want anything else either so I’m not criticising that argument!
