One thing with this video is when you first see the Z'd stopped at the lights the person on the bike seems to take a longer time to pass it and seems to take more of the car in, it's in shot for quite a bit. I'm wondering is this due to an earlier altercation? Just seems strange that they have highlighted this car at the start of the video.
However still doesn't make the latter half of the video acceptable. Clearly the driver knew the cyclist was there and there was no need for that action. Why would you want to damage your property and possibly kill or injure someone on propose that you don't know?
