E89 headlights.

Whilst investigating issues with my lights dazzling drivers whilst dipped I note that the inner of the two lights do not illuminate ever. Is this normal or am I being stupid.

correct. its been mentioned before. they are just there for looks. only the angel eyes (ring around the headlight) work on both sets of lights.
