For sale my H&R Springs , purchased brand new 16th November 2016 , approx 500 miles use , they still look brand new and will come boxed with all unused stickers and documentation from new.

Part number 28987-1

Had these fitted to my 35i however these will fit other models - check here

The car has the perfect stance with these fitted and corners a lot flatter than stock , easy to DIY fitting these

I was interested until I saw your previous post (see below), so I've gone for Eibach Sport springs myself.

The H&R makes the Z handle flatter and has the perfect stance , there are clearance issues with this set up , you have to CRAWL over speed bumps which may annoy you if there are lots near where you live.

The ride is on the hard side with the H&R and edc in sport mode

The ride on Eibachs is close to stock with some improvement with handling , no clearance issues with speed bumps

Currently debating to buy KW3 at the moment to try and get some comfort back , also considering ditching the RFT
