will be forwarding fitting email from eibach to them, !!

You might as well just post it on here, put all our minds at rest...

Thing is he's being told from Eibach they fit..and in essence they do, I have agreed with him on that, he had them on his car and a lot of models share the same components ..but and its a bloody big but..they're not the CORRECT fit, its why they make 2 different kits for the e89. These will go in my car but doesn't make them right and thats what the OP doesn't seem to compute

too right, its a pain in the arse now, if i had had been given time to get the confirmation from eibach that they were correct as they kept telling me but I was expected to believe they we wrong without any proper confirmation. but you wouldn,t give me the time and let me sort it. If eibach had told me they were wrong i wouldn,t have an issue with it and it would be my fault ,ok.
I haven,t made any money and now going to loose out posting costs .
as today i havent received there email and will chase them again, eibach are causing me the issues. I wish I,d just chucked them in the bin .
its finally been interesting to see you found the need to put everything on a forum rather than speak to me.
no further comments.

Jesus :headbang: Its nothing about will they wont they fit.. its not an e89 kit thats already established beyond doubt as its the wrong part numbers, you seem to think because they can be shoehorned in they are ok. Even the Eibach site don't list them asfitting the e89 ffs

The whole issue and why I brought it to attention here as a warning to others is our agreement that you reneged on.. you agreed to take them back and refund and you saw fit to not do that properly .. thats it.. end of story.

If you had replied to my last WhatsApp message and honoured our agreement this would never have seen the forum

thank you for your kind patience in letting me put forward my side of the information I was given from the manufacturer EIBACH and as no one here seems to want to listen and let me sort it . I only asked for a couple of days.!! If and when i would have recieved this email Eibach promised I would have clearly given you a refund in full should the result that they were incorrect fitting and i might add that would mean they were wrong on my car and someone has fitted them at either bmw or specialist !! which i have with the history on my car ,so one thing I have learn,t is dont trust bmw or specialist .
I am very sorry this came to this conclusion as i feel no longer part of a friendly forum.
YOUR FULL REFUND IS DONE AT P/PAL

If Eibach's website and every other parts suppliers website are telling you that the springs you have are not for the E89 23i but the person you spoke to on the phone at Eibach is saying the opposite, could it be that they got their information wrong? It has known to happen that someone working for a manufacturer get's the info incorrect. On the other hand if they were going to send you a confirmation email they would have done it by now. Personally I can't see that happening. Anyway if as you say you have settled the matter, that's all that matters.
