E89 Door speaker cover removal

Hi all,
Will the door speaker cover (or grille) come off with a pry bar or will I have to remove the door card.

I would suggest using a pry bar may be a little excessive

I am certain the door card has to come off. Anubiszed has done a video covering it. Look up Z4 Mods on YouTube

Thinking the door card might need to come off. Just be mindful about getting it off from the top (watch full vid).

I meant plastic trim tool rather than metal pry bar
I only wanted to sort out some areas where the paint has come off - I think I’ll try a black sharpie first.

Updating this for future owners - E89 speaker grilles can be removed without removing door cards. Just stick a trim tool between door card and grille and gently pry it until it unclips. Repeat around the grille.

Yeah they come off, but why? You've not got any usable access to anything, unless you need to replace the actual grill.

Bought it from eBay - looked like old new stock.
