E89 auto window close ?

Hi Guys,
when i lower the roof all the windows auto lower.. but when i raise the roof the windows stay down ? is this normal ? can you reprogram them to auto back up ?
also when i lock the car is it possible to program the windows to close ?
i dont have the comfort access pack btw

If you hold the button on the dash for a second after the roof closes, the 4 windows should go back up. Likewise when opening the roof (the windows will go back up).

I don't have comfort access, but it seems you can't close the windows with the remote if they are open (even if the roof is on).

I recentlly changed the settings in iDrive so that when I unlock the car, only the drivers door unlocks, so I think that means I now can't lower the roof from the remote?
