I've had this this sat in the garage for almost 3 years, I've been offered a painted one so it's up for grabs, can't remember what I paid for it, it's new with a few storage marks, sold

Would this fit over a standard 35i bumper? Or is the 35is bumper specific for the diffuser to be fitted?
