Hi guys, selling my silver 3.0i auto. It’s been great fun but we only need one car due to my partner changing jobs and practicality means this one has to go :( . It’s pretty well spec’d with most of the toys... I’ll add some photos but you can see it on autotrader for now. Based in Leeds but often down south in the High Wycombe area so the car could be viewed there too.

Service History as follows:
15.05.12 Sytner BMW Leicester 4943 miles
13.06.14 Williams BMW Manchester 16766 miles
08.12.16 Williams BMW Manchester 36,907 miles
Service now due - this will be done before the sale!

Other Work:
10.04.2018 Sandal BMW Wakefield - Replace Spark Plugs *6 - £129
05.01.2018 Williams BMW Rochdale - 'Remove and install rear end module' (roof malfunction, so new roof switch to you and me) - £247.50
23.06.2016 Williams BMW Manchester - 'Replace both tail light clusters' - £71.62 (labour only, parts must have been warranty/goodwill)

This one is still for sale - anyone interested or provide constructive comments to help me sell much appreciated!

Just my take on the E89 marketplace so don't be offended .
Ive been watching it the last few months with a eye on returning over the winter & right now you are battling against a tide of newer plated 2011-12-13 Msport cars with similar miles if not lower 2.0 89s for similar (& even a fair lump less  ) money :(
Now i & others on the forum can appreciate yours is the straight6 3.0 so will always be "the true Bmw sports car" but anyone looking for their first E89 will simply compare what they can buy for the same money & no doubt that the ved + mpg also appears flattering on the 4 cyl too .
You simply need patience , luck & tenacity right now .
Re the actual advert ?
If it was me id find a better location for the pics as i don't think they are doing the car justice , also i would break the wording up better .
Start with the obvious car details then list the choice parts of the spec with extras then highlight how the past 8 years looks in the service book .
Best of luck , i'm sure it will make someone very happy indeed

Thanks for the comments. I guess it will just take the right person wanting a 3.0 instead of a 2 as I did. I’ll add service and update photos as you suggest.

The car is still available and to be honest I’m not sad it’s not sold yet. I’ve got an F10 520d I can use day to day but it doesn’t move as the z4 is so much more fun to drive. Knowing I don’t have that much longer (if somebody buys it) with it makes me appreciate the z4 especially with the roof down & heated seats on on the crisper mornings. Can’t beat it.

Open to reasonable offers...and if they’re not reasonable I’ll keep it for the winter and re-list when the weather picks up next year I guess.
