I want to get colour matched rear parking sensors fitted to my Z4 Coupe. Anyone got any experience with people they would recommend? Location North Yorkshire UK.
 
Any good auto spark and a paint shop to colour match..BEFORE fitting them is easiest.

Have just fitted them myself to a roadster. Used the Cobra/Vodafone pro type. All colour coded up look just like factory fit and not a difficult job at all. Total cost about £85 inc paint and primer I think.

Oh, and I did get the specific hole cutter too. Another 20 quid or so :o but makes the job easy and very neat.
 
Sorry for slow reply guys. Yes all very helpful thanks - but reading the words "hole cutter" brings me out in a sweat!!

What about retro fitting the system from a breaker - get the bumper and sensors already in the correct colour...
 
Great call paullyjay thanks! It's not something I want to get wrong - if the holes aren't symmetrical that's the ONLY thing I'll see when I look at the car!
 
This is the only thing I want that I don't have, considering it myself. Loads of Zeds in the breakers, might look into it... or for £85 all in, might be worth a punt.
 
If it were me retrofitting parking sensors I’d be sticking them on the front rather than the back.
