E86 with manual aircon?

I was looking at used E86’s for sale and saw this interesting example with manual aircon. Was not aware it was available, maybe it was the standard for some markets?https://m.mobile.de/fahrzeuge/details.html?id=442769434

I thought BMW were mean with the spec on Z4s, but at least UK 3 litres had Climate and the electrically adjustable seats with driver's memory which seemed to be on the options list in some countries.

And that price - Wow!

I think the UK ones came nicely equipped from factory and in continental europe everything seemed to be an option. But this was the forst time I’ve seen a non climate control e86.

As for the price, it’s unfortunately what they go for in LHD version. But to give another example of outrageous prices, there is a Z4 RHD for sale locally for ~£10400https://www.nettiauto.com/bmw/z4/15350075

Interesting spec, xenon’s, full New England leather and heated but manual as already mentioned, non mfsw and that weird ac.
Edit, looks like a more basic stereo too, not business CD.
