So you've decided against the Koni..?
I can recommend if you need any encouragement?
Recently another member had a passenger ride in my Koni equipped coupe with Eibach/MSport, and he said it felt better than his stock SE height Roadster.

My issue isn't with the Koni set up but ride height and scrapes/speed bumps. I need the car to be as practical as possible as speed bumps are common where I live. I don't want to limit where I can/cannot drive my car.
If you are happy to demonstrate your car so I can get a ride in it with you then I’d be up for that
It's not the dampers that sacrifice ride height, it's the springs.
HR are low, Eibach Pro not so much, Msport a little higher, and SE is high.
I'd say Msport height should do you to be safe, but tricky to guarantee without knowing your roads in detail.
I can recommend Koni as I run them and they feel fantastic with a mix of Eibach and Msport spring rates, also based on feedback from an SE owner with 17" wheels who said the Koni/18"/eibach setup felt much better.
I'm near Bedford, happy to meet up for a demo if we can make timings work. Any excuse for a Z4 nerd out.
