When I first bought my car I thought someone had been a bit cheap, but no, it seems it's normal to have a beam or hybrid aero wiper on the driver's side and a conventional hinged one on the passenger side. I was more peeved when the arrangement actually worked perfectly well, I hate it when an inelegant lash-up actually works. Since, I've even checked original car photos and I guess I accept that's how it originally was.
a) Why, screen curvature? BMW normally design things for a reason.
b) Do I have to do the same, looks a bit silly, or has wiper design moved on?
c) Bosch aeros seem to be the Forum favourite - on both sides?
I'll be really p..... if I buy expensive blades and they are no better! :wink:
