E86 seat removal

Need to take out both seats on the E86 (memory, sports, heated) and all I could find was this diy on here: http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=4474
Looks clear enough but the seat belt guides (and seats) are of course different in the coupe.
Is there another guide or maybe someone knows how to remove the seat belt guides in the coupe?

Someone must have a coupe on the forums.
Just need to know how to take out the seat belt guide without damaging it.

Just push it. It unclips. Or of course you could just undo the 3 torx bolts holding it on to the seat.

You'll still have to unbolt the seat belt from the bottom of the seat though.

If you want to take the seat out of the car, you will need to detach the seatbelt from the seat.
