Hello all:
My wife has had problems with her left side angel eye since she bought the car a couple years ago. It will intermittently work and not work without much rhyme or reason. After discussing it with her it seems that while driving it will go off and on when hitting bumps. So today I popped the panel in the wheel well off and started rooting around.
I found when tugging on the brown and white wires I could replicate the problem. 2 sets of brown and white wires come from the front of the car from a larger loom bundled together - and when pulling toward the back of the car, making the bundle move, the light flickers.
So my question is if anyone else has had this occur and what the resolution was.
I've resigned myself to pulling the bumper cover off, I am just hoping I'll be able to fix the problem and not have to replace the whole assembly.
