I'm using v power and my mpg has been circa 17mpg for the past 3 months. I reset it every time I get in the car.

Short journeys only and aggressive acceleration and braking seems to help keep it as a steady 17mpg.

I've never seen higher than 25-27mpg on a motorway run from Glasgow to London and back.

That doesn't sound right, unless you do a lot of short trips sitting in traffic.
It does if he's driving like a pillock. Short journeys, aggressive acceleration and braking? Either an attempt at sarcastic humour or practice trolling. :headbang:

Hi
Different car E92 with N52 2.5 auto my wife used to use for a short time on a 6 mile day commute and recorded mpg over a period of time was low 20s .
As we are now both retired no commutes to work on more normal driving mid 30s and when we drive to North Wales on a 90 mile run on cruse control at 70 near 40 mpg.

As said above when engine warming up equals low mpg and ruins engines .

Hi Regarding lower MPG with E10 yes widely reported this will happen at part of the inclusion of the ethanol is water that is used as a carrier for the addative ( also damage to the internals of older cars )
Try Sainsburys E5 not as good as V power or as expensive we use in our N52 E92 runs better and with good MPG.

But only V power in the Z4M Roadster.

Allan
