In my first Newbie post I mentioned that the car had been remapped on a dyno and that I would post the graph . Unfortunately the remapped lines are very faint and could hardly be seen when I scanned it to my laptop so I have gone over them in black pen so you will have to take my word that they are the correct lines . I was aware that there would be a drop between BHP and WHP but was surprised at the amount of difference . The stock torque figure was/is also a concern based on what I think it should be ( 315 Nm ?? ) but the car did not throw any errors so not sure why this would be and I would welcome any helpful comments . The car had new spark plugs / air filter and running on Shell V power . Everything was standard on the car at the time in regards to the engine/ airbox and exhaust .

Thanks in advance .

Every manufacturer makes a claim on power but all vehicles vary, what I don’t understand is the rpm difference at 3050 and 5300 I don’t understand it? Does it mean stock @5300 rpm you get 299.5 and stage 1 only 3050 rpm to get 312.3 of torque? That’s some improvement a lot earlier and real world improvement isn’t it? Very noticeable surely?

Yes if the figures are to be believed . I`m not saying they are not correct as it does feel much better lower down the rev range but you do hear about tuners playing around with the settings to provide inflated results . In my case though I paid for 3 hours of tuning and rolling road and he ended up spending 6 hours in total to get the most out of the engine that he could without going too far . He also commented that it took longer as the ECU etc are old generation electronics where the newer cars electronics are much quicker . The main thing is that I paid for 3 hours and it took 6 hours and I am happy with the results . :driving:

Considering how happy the press of a sport button makes people feel I bet it does feel good, 30-70 mph is pretty well all we do anyway if we are honest yes occasionally foot down for like 10 seconds then you just start thinking camera van, unmarked police car/bike etc etc the fun is gone ...
