E86 bootlid rust again

Hi all, it’s the dreaded rust issue again.
Small bubble in ”the ditch” collecting rain water att the bottom of the rear screen.

How have you gone about fixing it?
Is it a certain window-out job?
I wont escape a part repaint job that’s for sure.

New boot lid if it's less than 12 years old under bmw warranty
If it's older then I don't know

I already asked BMW last year (when it was younger than 12years) but they would not touch the car since it's been serviced by me or indy's a few times. Also the bootlid's been resprayed (by BMW) once due to a break-in a few years ago.
ALSO they said the warranty only covered "rust-thru" (basically holes that is..).

Does this resonate with BMW Uk customs aswell or is it swedish BMW dealers that generally suck?
