Would anyone be interested in a full front and rear Bilstein B12 suspension kit?

Selling as i am moving to coilovers

This is a kit made up of Bilstein B8 dampers and Eibach springs.

Currently on the car so need to remove it. Works perfectly. Brand new Febi front top mounts fitted yesterday, could do with new front dust boots.

How much do you think it’s worth? Brand new it is c£1000, I’ve seen a kit in worse condition for £450. Do you think £550 is reasonable?

Picture of the front corner and how the car sits with it fitted

Apologies, i trusted google too much.

About £740 on autodoc. So a little less, but you are certainly offering a saving.

Just to confirn, the fronts will come as fully built struts with dampers, springs, seats etc and brand new Febi top mounts fitted yesterday. The rears will come as built shocks with top mounts and springs. Basically everything you need to swap to your car without having to dismantle or rebuild anything

The one you've linked to is a different part number to my kit and not the same. The kit I'm selling is £1018 on Autodoc, but thanks for the interest all the same

Do you know how old and how many miles these have covered?

Hard to say as they came with the car but looking at receipts etc I'd say between 25,000 and 30,000 miles. They work perfectly fine and I have no reason to believe there are any issues. When changing the front top mounts yesterday I gave them a through check over. There was strong resistance to compression of the damper piston rod and it returned as it should once pressure was released.

Do you know if these are the correct height for M-Sport 3.0si or lower than they would be OEM? My understanding is B8 dampers are for lowered springs rather than stock heights (which B4 are intended for), but not sure if the M-Sport springs count as lowered in this case.

No, they are not suitable for standard or sport springs which is why they come with Eibach springs making the kit a little lower than the OE sport setup

The kit I'm selling now comes with brand new B8 front dampers so I'll make another post about them and list later today.

Understood, not what I'm after then. Thanks for response and GLWS!

No worries.

B4 are an OE alternative that Bilstein make or their B6 range is designed to work with stock height springs unlike B8's which are designed for lowering springs. Hope this helps
