E86 asking prices…..

I had some interest in mine last year, after I dropped it to £11k.

Oddly, it'll be back on the market due to a medical condition.

I didn't think £11k was optimistic either but then it was the same time as petrol being £2 per litre.

Yep, noticed that, wonder how many million he's made in the interim.
No idea, but heard he bought an island in the Indian Ocean and has had to wait months for the fibre broadband to be installed. :)

Mine took about 10 days to sell. Maybe I priced it too low, who knows, but I was well chuffed with the buyer. A proper car guy, he even took me out for a spin in his MX5 NC which he had arrived in as I hadn't been out in one before!

I got what I wanted for mine, rather than spending months trying to convince a potential buyer to pay a bit more.

Ultimately a car is worth what someone is willing to pay, no matter how incredulous other people may be of it. And for sure, there is some value in a car that is cheap to insure, no M tax to maintain, is still very quick, looks fantastic, big capacity not turbo'd. It ticks many boxes.
