E85 Z4 3.0 Si

Hi All,

Back on the forum again after a 2 year Audi spell and looking for my 3rd Z4 purchase.... :driving:

Myself and the wife love these cars and between other commitments, family life and such.... really enjoy soft top ownership.

Last Z4 was the 2006 2.5Si... so wondering if we can get hold of a 3.0Si this time, similar vintage.
Ideally the wife would like an Auto box to assist with her daily commute, but not essential.

Decent history and obvious signs of a cared for and well serviced example would be appreciated.
Ideally pretty sorted and ready to drive and enjoy...

Thanks in advance.

Did you see True-Blue's car in the for sale section? It is an auto box

Absolutely - already PM'd on that one - but looks like there is an orderly queue for this Martin's example.

Appreciate the comment.

Shame it has sold - unless it was to you!

Going by this database the UK only got 963 E85 3.0Sis and only 268 were Autos:- http://perso.numericable.fr/tonyz4c/index30si.html

But if your search continues good luck.

This is on market place looks tidy decent miles too. E86 but with auto box as required

I know you stated E85 3.0Si, but would an E89 with the same engine fit the bill:- https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=143764

Thanks for the comments guys....

Definitely e85 preferred and 3.0Si / Auto.

Appreciate the links shared and pointing out alternatives.
Have to admit - love the colour combo on Eddie's 2.5Si..... stunning

We can rebadge it as a 3.0si Auto. Your wife will never find out

Would you consider a 3.0i (54 plate) auto?

I have a silver one for sale 97k miles. Well looked after and previous forum car.

Thanks,

Scott

Hi Scott - thanks for the post. Its a possibility - depends on spec/price/servicing etc.

Feel free to drop me further details/images etc via PM or whatever.

Cheers,
Ste.

This one loks to meet your requirements but its E89 money-but less than 40k miles

Thanks man - had spotted that one (also listed on another platform).
Sadly - a few things not aligned.....price, colour combo, alloy style.

Appreciate the post tho - keep 'em coming.

Can confirm the 3.0Si Auto is very nice drive...... as I have one :D I'm guessing 128K miles would be too many?

Hi there - sorry, didnt manage to log in over the weekend.

I'm interested in this model at the right price ...

That mileage shouldnt be a significant issue if the service schedule has been observed really.
Drop me a DM with further details etc to discuss.

Thanks.
