K kis Lifer Surrey / West Sussex Boarder Sep 9, 2022 #3 Think you'll struggle to just get the vent tabs, as it'll render the rest of the whole vent useless (won't be able to sell or otherwise). Could try get a complete used set of vents and sell your old ones on?
