Got myself a leaky E85 N46 for a steal, car just had a oil cooler leak that i've sorted. No engine lights when I drove it back or when I fitted the new gasket but now its throwing P1050 and P1062. Ill attach the readout of the codes. You can clear them and run the car fine for a few journeys, but on maybe the 3rd long journey when you turn it off it has no codes but as soon as you start it again there they are again. I've taken both Vanos solenoids out and used the old 9V and a can of contact cleaner trick and swapped them but still throwing the same codes. any help here would be great because taking it to a garage to diagnose is kinda tricky as everyone will know.
