It is relatively straightforward to cut the marked section out of your existing one.

thanks - just watched a you tube video of it - concerned my cutting out would be a little rough!

Cut inside the lines then use a file to dress it back

I have one but with a small hole I drilled near the ignition cutout (when I was experimenting with my heated steering wheel switch)…

Could put a rubber bung in there or cover it with something else. Can have it for free if you wanted to just pay postage? I ended up cutting out another one, which was easy enough with a dremel, so you should be fine if you went that route
