looking for a electric seat motor for my e85, the up and down motor its playing up. Had it out in the summer and freed it with wd40 but its decided to stick again so wondering if I could get a good one here.

Many thanks for looking.

Possibly swapping out a tatty pair of electric seats from one of my current project cars in the new year.
If you don’t find anything sooner then give me a nudge in a week or so.

Thanks for that, not in a rush so if you have one give me a price and I can pop you some pennies.
Regards

Tim.

Ps any idea of anyone who would do my vanos seals in the gloucestershire ish area. Motors only done 61000 but just want her right.
Happy Newyear in advance.
Regards
Tim

I've got a fully electric standard driver's seat from an extended leather car from a 2003 3.0i in the garage. It was removed because the passenger side motors seized over the winter in my dad's Z4 due to water getting into the passenger side. I bought a matching pair of seats and installed both. So the driver's seat was fully working when removed it in the summer, I was going to strip the motors, etc off the seat and dispose of the actual seat.

If you're still looking for a motor let me know.

I'm in Nottingham, but can post out if required.

Hi, yes still looking for a motor, how much do you want for it, I'm GL19 area.

Kind regards

Tim

I'm sorry I didn't see your message.

I'd take £25 posted for it. I'll grab some pictures of the underside of the seat later to double check the which motor you require.

[ref]redgum[/ref], you don't seem to have read my PM?
I have all the motors off the seats now, ready to go if you are still needing one?
