E85 roof question: GM5

Hi all

Question for those with knowledge

I've had my GM5 module out and sent to Autoelectron in Harrogate (highly recommended) for the door lock fix and a check up.

Now its back I've popped it back in and all issues are sorted!

However- the roof (which didn't open when the GM5 wasn't in the car) now is on/off jerky when going up and down- like a connection isn't tight electrically

Would this be effected by works to the GM5 or is it another issue

Logic tells me thats the only thing changed in the interim so it should/could be that but I wanted views first...

I can't answer your question but wanted to add a +1 for Autoelectron. My repaired GM5 is on it's way back today.

I'll report back if it's affected my roof at all once I re-install it.
 
Mine did this too. I disconnected the battery for a couple of hours and the roof started working normally.
 
Battery disconnect would appear to have fixed

Good to have central locking again!
