E85 roof module

Hello, i got problem with my e85 2004. The roof open / close only when the engine is off. Everytime i start the car the roof module stops working with INPA. It just shows error in communication with roof module. After i turn my engine off the module connects again. Does anyone know, whats could be wrong?
Thanks

A while back I had the opposite issue. Roof would only work with the engine running.
All I did was fit a replacement control module and it cured it.
They are easy to find and take just a few minutes to swap over so I think I'd try that first.

Where are you? Possibly someone not too far away can help out?
If you're near Norfolk, for example, I have a few modules and would be happy to do a diagnostic swap at least.

Hello, Thanks for the offer, but im located in Slovakia..
the problem occurred just while ago. I was thinking maybe theres some temperature sensor, but then i found out on “ignite on” its works everytime.. i checked the fuses, but i didnt saw any blown. I suspect it will be wiring.. on the top of the roof or on the wiring next the wheel arch.. just curious if anyone had this problem before.

Not so easy to help you then, but I still think the most likely problem is the control module.

Or the only other thing I can think of is, with the engine running, something is telling the roof that the car is travelling too fast?

I think in that case the roof module would still be trackable / connected on INPA, right? Its just get lost the connection to the module, immediately when i turn the engine on.

That can be checked with a 2nd module from eBay & Co. No coding is required to get it replaced (except, the encoded hardtop option is different to your car  ).

That was my point really. Just plug another one in.

I think you are right about faulty module. Ive checked the wires and i didnt see any broken. But i found weird thing. When i have my engine on and turn the lights on, the roof works, but just once (it doesnt matter, if i want to open or close it). When i turn my lights off and back on again, its working again, but just once as before.
