OK so every so often my wipers did not return to the bottom of the screen, only by a cm or 2 sometimes and usually when the weather means they have to be used rather than just a clean of the screen.
So I followed the procedure on the forum with regards to removing the grease from the copper plate inside the motor and replaced eveything but due to the wiper arms having splines on them it took some time to find the right place.
Anyway what I have now noticed is that despite doing the cleaning procedure the wipers are still stopping above where i think they should do, I have also found that you can manually push them down a bit and pull them up A LOT (disturbingly)
Does this mean the play is inside the motor and hence fooked
Do I need to replace it?
Ideas, resolutions appreciated hopefully that dont cost a bleedin bomb considering I have just put new discs and pads all round plus 4 new boots
