E85 Oregon beige seats (heated + memory, LHD)

Dear all,

Finally the time came: I acquired a pair of Oregon Beige M Sport Seats. Since I live in the Netherlands, I've had them delivered at Stuart's for an LHD switch-over (thanks for arranging that [ref]Barty[/ref]) and I will be picking them up early next year. That means that I have a pair of standard seats which I won't be needing anymore. They are in quite good nick, especially since the car has done well over 200.000 miles. Everything works: the power adjustment on both sides, the memory function, and the heating is excellent. Would be a perfect, low-cost upgrade for someone who wants heated and/or power adjustable seats and doesn't have them yet.

Ideally, I want to go to Britain in my Z4 and swap my seats for the M Sport ones on the spot. That would mean that you can pick the seats up directly when I'm there.

Would be nice if I could fetch around 200 quid for both seats. We can also make a combi-deal with some Oregon Beige RHD floor mats (30 quid) that I still have lying around. Yes, yes... I only realised that when I bought them and was on my way back home again. Bit stupid, right?

So go on, make me an offer I can't refuse

I can attest to the good condition of the seats. Alternatively they’d be an ideal foundation for someone to refresh their seats since the passenger side would be a swap to the driver side (LHD to RHD), creating a much newer drivers seat in UK spec. Also ideal if you don’t yet have heated seats like Max said

Congratulations on finding a pair of M-Sport seats Max, and good luck selling these.

Looks like drivers seat has different button options ie position memory than the passengers seat - so how would that be transferable to a RHD
please?

The motor switches are the same on both sides, it would mean the passenger has memory function while driver does not (a bit like when the missus and me are in the car together  ).

Ideal when your GF is a passenger on the week days, and the missus on the weekend

That's true. Either you can have it the way [ref]Zedebee[/ref] says, that the passenger has memory, or you can try to source a different switch panel for the driver side, in your case RHD, with the memory buttons. However, I don't know if that would be plug & play.

OR, if you want Oregon Beige seats, I will be putting a pair of Oregon Beige RHD M Sport seats for sale on this forum right now. They are RHD and electrically adjustable, but they have no heating.
