E85 mats

I'm on the verge of running 'matless', which isn't a great idea when you live in the countryside, because of how annoying this has become.

Where can I find decent quality mats with decent quality fixings (not velcro) for my E85?

Just a thought, but you can get rubber mats too.
Ideal for the countryside in winter and due to their extra weight they don't seem to slide forward like the carpet ones.

I've had OE mats in all 3 of my Z4s and never had a problem with them moving, unlike some of the cheap Ebay ones I've put in my 3 Series'. :(

I’ve got some from car mats uk and they are fine
They come with Velcro and haven’t moved, I take them out occasionally and use the brush attachment to clean them then put them back
Good options on buying

I replaced the original velcro and secured it with ample gorilla glue. OE mats for me.

I'd happily pay for OE mats, but it's the fixing that I've got the biggest problem with. I attached my (OK) aftermarket mats with an awful lot of very strong velcro, and it still wasn't enough to stop them moving. It just seems like such a bodge solution when you compare it with other cars and how their mats attach. I'm sure it's mostly down to how I squeeze my long legs under the wheel, but there must be a better way than hopes, prayers and velcro?

I have a spare OE set you can try, they never moved - location might be an issue near Gatwick.

I'm probably not going to be passing by for some time, so while it's a kind offer I'll probably not take you up on it.

This might be the answer. Rubber mat in winter, no mat in summer and on track. Not ideal, but better than trying to attach a mat with velcro.

Not a problem, I have put them in my storage area with all the other car "bits" for when I sell the Z as I bought new ones to have a fresh start. If you do come in the area whenever, they will still be there.
